Certains ont déjà été mentionné dans les notes précédentes. Trois sont situés dans le 15ème arrondissement.&lt;br /&gt;Deux sont dans le même immeuble, &lt;a href="http://www.parisreference.com/appartamento.php?refid=103b"&gt;Rue de Vaugirard #103b&lt;/a&gt;  et &lt;a href="http://www.parisreference.com/appartamento.php?refid=103c"&gt;appartement #103c&lt;/a&gt;, un autre &lt;a href="http://www.parisreference.com/appartamento.php?refid=103"&gt;appartement Rue Blomet #103&lt;/a&gt;. We have been too busy developing &lt;a href="http://www.citiesreference.com/"&gt;Cities Reference&lt;/a&gt; and we keep having indexing problems with google that seem hard to solve and a few owners left the website as a consequence (notably three, listings 109, 141, 157). &lt;br /&gt;We all know that '&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;free&lt;/span&gt;' is not enough nowadays, owners and managers also need bookings and they're right, since featuring the apartment in many different websites is tiresome. We do have some good news though since we're back on it and throwing in fresh new money on Paris Reference SEO and we'll likely solve the google issue sooner rather than later. Dans un post précédent, j'avais souligné combien il était surprenant que les prix des hôtels à Rome soient si élevés par rapport à ceux de Paris, si l'on regarde le flux touristique des deux capitales, qui évolue en sens inverse.&lt;br /&gt;Je voudrais compléter mon raisonnement précédent, en ajoutant quelques données. Je pense qu'une manière plus subtile de regarder le prix des hôtels, par rapport aux statistiques officielles du flux touristique (qui donne Paris 5 fois plus visitée que Rome) est le nombre de recherches sur google. Ce chiffre indique qu'il s'effectue par mois, en moyenne 1 000 000 recherches d'un hôtel à Rome (la plus grosse demande est sur les hôtels de Rome) pour 2 240 000 à Paris. Il s'agit donc d'un chiffre légèrement supérieur au double, qui, franchement, fait sens vu le prix des hôtels à Rome. La prochaine question est, si nous arrêtons de croire que ce chiffre indique une demande double pour Paris, quelle est l'offre proposée? Le Bureau deTourisme de Paris répond:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Paris a le plus large choix d'hôtels du monde, avec un pannel de prix variés, où chacun peut trouver ce qu'il recherche. Choisir parmi 75 000 chambres, réparties dans environ 2000 hôtels, apparthôtels, centres de camping et autres al fresco options, centres de jeunesse, locations d'appartements ou de maisons privées.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contrairement à Rome, qui, je cite le &lt;a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2000/01/23/travel/for-a-price-there-s-room-in-rome.html?sec=travel&amp;amp;spon=&amp;amp;pagewanted=1"&gt;NewYork Times&lt;/a&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Rome se vante de ses 720 hôtels et pensions comprenant presque 60 000 lits, dans plus de 30 000 chambres. La plupart sont de prix moyens et de catégorie haut de gamme (de 3 à 5 étoiles selon les listes officielles), un peu moins d'un cinquième des lits sont dans des hôtels 1 à 2 étoiles ou dans des pensions.   &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ainsi, finalement, si tout rentre en place, Paris a 1,2 fois plus de demandes touristiques et grossièrement 1,5 fois plus de logements hôteliers. Laquelle de ces deux capitales -Paris ou Rome- à le plus besoin de notre service de locations de vacances? ParisReference.com est en ligne depuis 1 an à présent. Allez tout d'abord regarder nos appartements. Nous avons désormais 50 locations d'appartements de vacances actives, dont 68% sont également gérées par une autre agence. C'est un problème car les agences ajoutent des taxes et par conséquent les prix vont au-delà des prix compétitifs de référence. Nous cherchons à résoudre ce problème en 2009 et reversons le pourcentage en faveur des propriétaires directs des appartements (dans notre site internet de Locations de vacances à Rome, seulement 2,5% des appartement sont gérés!). I think a more subtle way to look at it, beside official tourist influx statistics (which have Paris 5 times more visited than Rome) is the number of queries on google where hotel rome gets an average search result of 1,000,000 per month (the most requested broad search on rome hotels) and hotel paris gets 2,240,000. Therefore we're looking at a figure slightly higher than the double, which frankly, looking at hotel prices makes more sense.&lt;br /&gt;The next question is, if were getting closer to believing that we're looking at double demand, what it the offer on the table?&lt;br /&gt;Paris Tourist Bureau says:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Paris has the widest choice of hotels in the world with a full range of prices, offering something for everyone. Choose from around 75,000 rooms in some 2,000 hotels, aparthotels, camp sites and other al fresco options, youth centres, apartment rentals or accommodation in private homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regarding Rome I quote the &lt;a href="http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9403EEDF1F3AF930A15752C0A9669C8B63&amp;sec=travel&amp;spon=&amp;pagewanted=1"&gt;NYTimes&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Rome boasts 720 hotels and pensions with nearly 60,000 beds in more than 30,000 rooms. Most are in the medium-priced and upscale brackets (three stars to five stars in official listings); fewer than one fifth of all beds are in no-frills two-star and one-star hotels and boarding houses (or pensions)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;So finally it all falls into place, Paris has 1,2 more tourists requests and roughly 1,5 more hotel accommodations.&lt;br /&gt;Which of them capital cities needs our vacation rental services more than?
