New Entries

Time to update on the new entries, it's been a pretty proficient beginning of the year and even though a couple of owners haven't yet confirmed their apartments we'll just list what we got in 2009.
A new development is how many upmarket apartments are coming our way, we're talking here of big time show off apartments that can be used for business dinners or plain show off, in the above criteria order:
1- Musee d'Orsay apartment in the 7me, windows with view on the prestigious facade of the Museum, listed as 100
2- Champs Elysee apartment in the 8me, in Rue de Penthievre, real number one show off, if somewhat ancien regime. Listed as 155.
3- Pyramides top floor spacious apartment, smack downtown 1st arrondissement, with view on the roofs. So far we're talking of 80sq mts apartments with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, real rarities in Paris. Listing 148.
4- Rue des Bourdonnais apartment 1st arrondissement, just renovated, really chic and modern choice. Listing 153.
5- Rue des Pyramides studio, on the smaller size, but first choice. Listing 154.
6- Rue du Cherche Midi apartment in the heart of the 6me arrondissement, an area that doensn't need introduction. Listing 151
7- Rue du Mont Cenis apartment in the 18me, modern and just renovated apartment. Listed as 156.
8- Marais apartment in Rue du Tresor, this street and area doesn't need introduction, very posh apartment and its decor make it perfect for dinners and after dinners in the salon. Listed as 152
