One year on, the apartments...

Ok, time to recap. ParisReference.com has been online one year now.
Let's look at the apartments first.
We've got 50 active vacation rental apartments now 68% of which are managed by other agents. This is a problem because agents add on their fees and therefore prices go over the competitive benchmark. We mean to solve this problem in 2009 and reverse the percentage in favor of owners direct apartments (in our Rome vacation rental website only 2.5% of apartments are managed!).
However those apartment which are not managed are in the most part very good deals and we're proud to list them, here they are in the order we think represents best value for money attending our algorythm (beside the price all inclusive for 2 in low season):

8) Musee d'Orsay Holiday Flat listing 140, 1400 euro (very prestigious building and apartment worth every bit of your money)

Most importantly we're finally opening up to sublets in Paris too, it's a great opportunity to make the best of your money if you're not fussy about comforts and hotel standards

Just a tiny note on ParisReference link & resources page, we've completely cleaned it up and it's new lean aspect comprises just 6 links(!), yet google puts it in and out of ranking (generally 4) and we can't figure out why!?
